Luxury car rental Ibiza questions answered plainly
Practical points buyers ask before renting, covered here in direct terms.
What this page covers
This page deals with the questions that come up once someone has already looked at the fleet and the rates and is thinking through logistics: where the car can be handed over, what happens if something goes wrong with it mid-rental, and a few smaller points that do not fit neatly on the requirements or delivery pages.
For the detail on age, licence, deposit and insurance excess, see Rental Requirements & Deposit. For handover locations and timing at the airport, port or a villa, see Airport, Port & Villa Delivery. What follows is the shorter, practical layer on top of those two pages.
Common questions
Can you deliver the car to the airport, the port, or a villa?
Yes, every rental can be handed over at the airport, the port in Ibiza Town or Sant Antoni, a hotel, or a private villa anywhere on the island. The vehicle is driven out from the Ibiza Town base and inspected with you on arrival at the agreed point, within office hours of 09:00 to 20:00.
What happens if the car breaks down or needs replacing during my rental?
Call the office during the 09:00 to 20:00 window and a replacement vehicle from the 50-car fleet is dispatched from the Ibiza Town base, subject to availability in the same or nearest class. Any days lost to a mechanical fault outside normal wear are deducted from the final invoice.
Does the price include fuel?
Each car leaves the base with a full tank and should be returned full. If it comes back with less, the shortfall is charged at local pump prices plus a refuelling service fee added to the final invoice.
Can I return the car to a different location than where I collected it?
Yes, drop-off can be arranged anywhere on the island, including a different address from pickup, as long as it is confirmed when booking. There is no separate one-way fee within Ibiza; it is treated as a standard island-wide delivery.
Why do search results for this domain show old loan-related content?
This domain previously hosted an unrelated financial services site aimed at a different market. It has no connection to the current operation, which is a luxury and sports car rental business based in Ibiza Town.
