How delivery works

    Confirm booking and location

    You choose the airport, the port, or a villa address when you book, and we confirm the exact meeting point and time.

  2. 02

    Airport or port meet-and-greet

    A Schober driver waits at the arrivals hall or the marina gate with the car, your contract, and the keys ready.

  3. 03

    Villa delivery

    For villa handover, the car is driven to the address you provide and parked ready for inspection on arrival.

  4. 04

    Joint vehicle check

    Together we walk around the car, noting fuel level, mileage, and existing marks before you sign.

  5. 05

    Keys handed over

    Once the check is signed off, the keys and documents pass to you and the rental period starts.

We deliver and collect anywhere on Ibiza, from the airport apron road to villas in the hills above San José or San Juan.

Flexible delivery timing

Delivery is scheduled against your flight or ferry time within our 09:00–20:00 operating hours, so the car is waiting when you land.

Full walkthrough at handover

Every handover includes a joint walkthrough of the vehicle's condition, controls, and paperwork before you drive off.

Delivery at airport, port and villa

Every Schober rental is delivered to the point you choose rather than collected from a rental desk. The car arrives valeted, fuelled to the level agreed at booking, and checked over by the same team that maintains it at the Ibiza Town base. Collection at the end of the rental works the same way, in reverse, at any address on the island.

All deliveries and collections are scheduled within our 09:00–20:00 operating hours. Give us your flight or ferry time when you book so the handover slot lines up, and the driver will be waiting rather than the other way round.

Airport arrivals

At Ibiza airport the driver waits in the arrivals area with a name board. Have your booking confirmation, passport or ID card, and driving licence ready, along with the flight number given at booking so the timing can be adjusted if the flight is delayed.

Port and marina pickups

For port or marina pickups the car is brought to the gate nearest your berth or ferry terminal. Bring the same booking confirmation, ID, and licence; if you are arriving by ferry, give the sailing time when you book so the handover slot matches it.

Villa delivery

Villa delivery covers any address on the island, including gated developments and rural fincas. Provide the full address and any access code or gate instructions in advance, along with ID and licence at handover, so the car is parked and ready when you arrive.
